Reward Points System
Earn 1 point for every HK$20 spent at kokorostyle.com.
Each reward point can be redeemed for HK$1 off your purchase.
Reward points can offset up to 20% of the total purchase amount.
All points accumulated will expire annually on December 31st. Expired points cannot be reissued; please redeem them before expiry.
Shopping Credits Rewards
Members who successfully register and subscribe by completing required fields and agreeing to promotional communications will receive 20 Shopping Credits automatically.
New subscribers will receive 20 Shopping Credits upon subscription. Each credit is equivalent to HK$1 and must be used within 30 days.
Subscribed members will receive an additional 40 Shopping Credits during their birthday month. Each credit equals HK$1 and is valid for 30 days.
Shopping Credits can offset up to 20% of the total purchase amount.
Expired Shopping Credits will not be reissued.
Account Management
Members can request account deletion through "Contact Us." Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from kokorostyle.com.
All accumulated Reward Points and Shopping Credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.
Members may manage their subscription preferences by logging in, where they can freely unsubscribe or re-subscribe.
Note: Certain designated products may not be eligible for redemption with Reward Points or Shopping Credits.
